Kindergarten Orientation for Next Year

If you have a child who has not yet registered for Kindergarten next year, or you know someone who has a child who hasn’t yet registered, please be advised that our registration is open.  It’s important that we have families register early to avoid late changes to class configurations as we plan for next year.

Kindergarten orientation will take place June 9 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm. We are inviting new families and their child to join us at this time. They will have the opportunity to meet some of our staff, tour the school and pick up a welcome package. An email has been sent to students that are registered for next year with further information. Please call the school if you would like more information.

On Monday, June 14th we had guests come to recognize Indigenous Day. Our Indigenous Education Teacher, Tara Willard planned a great day for all. Thank you to Mona Gaze who brought each student and staff member a delicious piece of bannock! Jody Tomma and Mike Atchinson shared with students a birch bark canoe and demonstrated how to make fire, and finally a thank you to Kenthen Thomas and Melissa Kenoras for sharing with us your gifted story telling.
